🏠 House Rules

We’re so glad to have you. To help everyone enjoy their stay and to respect our neighbours and local regulations, please take a moment to read our house rules:

 

✅ Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: From 16:00 (4pm)

• Check-out: By 10:00

• Please let us know if you need flexibility — we’ll help if we can!

 

🤫 Quiet Hours

• Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00, in line with Swiss regulations.

• No parties or events allowed.

 

🚭 No Smoking

• This is a non-smoking property (including balconies and windows).

• If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

 

🐾 Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

 

🗑️ Rubbish & Recycling

• Please separate your waste into rubbish, paper, plastic and glass.

• We’ll show you how to sort it — Switzerland takes recycling seriously!

 

🧼 Cleaning

• Please leave the apartment tidy.

• You don’t need to deep clean, but we appreciate dishes being done and rubbish taken out.

 

🔒 Security

• Always lock doors and windows when you leave.

• Do not share keys or access codes with anyone outside your group.

 

👥 Visitors

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

• Please let us know if you’re expecting visitors during the day.

 

🔧 Emergencies or Issues

• If anything breaks or stops working, just let us know — we’re here to help.
